Synopsis:
A family finds itself struggling with both their eldest daughter's descent into schizophrenia and their own inability to
cope with the changes and tensions that result within the entire family.
Marta is onscreen a scant two scenes - Valerie Harper goes to a family support group, and Marta escorts
her into the meeting, rattling off statistics about schizophrenia as they walk. They arrive at the meeting, and Valerie's
character suddenly realizes that she is not alone in her plight, and the healing
can begin.
